Cleanliness

Generally clean with praise for towels and tidy rooms ('Rent', 'měkkoučké ručníky'), though some guests noted only passable room cleaning ('Ménage de la chambre passable').

Mostly friendly and helpful staff and specific praise for attentive service (e. g. , Nikola, welcoming reception), but isolated negative incident at breakfast with a rude staff member.
