Multiple reviews report serious issues: cockroaches in a room, persistent bad smells in bathrooms, towels and sheets not regularly changed and general poor cleaning in some stays.

Staff repeatedly described as extremely attentive, helpful and courteous at reception and with guests; several guests praised specific helpful interactions.

Consistently praised as excellent and ideally located for walking, near shops and Galería Pacífica; however some mention lack of direct vehicle/street access (pedestrian street) which affects arrivals.

Rooms frequently called comfortable with good beds and workspace, but several notes about aging/worn furnishings, small/slippery showers, occasional bad smells, loud ventilation and air-conditioning issues.

Mixed: breakfast service and offerings vary (see F&B), broken shampoo dispenser, missing iron in some rooms, non-working escalators and limited/no direct vehicle access mentioned; occasional hot water problems reported.
