Multiple reviews explicitly call the hotel 'well kept' and 'clean'; no cleanliness complaints observed, so rating reflects consistently positive mentions.

Most reviews praise professional, friendly and accommodating staff (early parking help, attentive service), but one review reports serious staff issues and an unresolved refund, so score is slightly reduced to reflect mixed service reports.

Location repeatedly described as central, convenient and within walking distance of major sights; many guests highlight this as a strong positive.

Rooms described as comfortable, well designed and with good facilities (large beds, nice décor), but multiple notes about awkward bathroom layout, shower/toilet separation and corridor noise lower the room score slightly.
